Will try to get three large bags of wet leaves each day to fill up both beds and mix in with cardboard/newspapers. Will look to empty my upright compost heap at Xmas (probably do every three months)

Starting lining the beds with hard plastic - once it stopped raining
Had heavy rain all night and morning thanks to Storm Desmond.
But got to the Co-op and bought hard plastic (30M x 305MM x 0.4MM Damp Proof Course PVC DPV € 8.50) to line beds (6x 13' x 9" € 5 each)and did one bed...

Hopefully, if the weather's not too bad tomorrow I'll line the second bed and make covers from the cut plastic and pallets so I can compost in them :)
